You can download the KYC request as a PDF after you have sent it to Nordea. The steps depend on the request status.
Status: Assigned to me or Nordea processing
When the request status is Assigned to me or Nordea processing, follow these steps:
- Open the KYC request you want to download.
- Click Download as PDF.
Status: Completed
When the request status is Completed, follow these steps:
- Open the KYC request you want to download.
- In the list of attached files, click the attachment with the same name as the entity.
