Document access controls
Documents uploaded as part of a KYC request are protected by strict access controls. Only the person who uploaded the document and Nordea can view the document’s content.
Other users in your organization who have access to the KYC request can see limited information only - such as the file name, upload date, and the name of the person who uploaded the document - but not the document itself.
This approach ensures strong confidentiality for sensitive information while still providing transparency and traceability within your organization.
