This tutorial explains how to get started with using KYC requests in Nordea Corporate.
When you receive a KYC request, there are three main steps:
- Log in to Nordea Corporate and access the KYC request(s)
- Fill out the request(s)
- Send the request(s) back to Nordea
1. Log in to Nordea Corporate and access the KYC request(s)
I already have a Nordea Corporate user account
If you already have a Nordea Corporate user account:
- Go to Nordea Corporate.
- Choose a login method.
- Log in by following the on-screen instructions.
I don't have a Nordea Corporate user account
If you do not already have a Nordea Corporate user account, an account is created for you when you receive a KYC request. You must verify the account before you can log in.

In the email notification “Verify your Nordea Corporate account today”, click Verify account. The link expires after 14 days and can only be used once.

Follow the on-screen instructions to create a password.

Accept the terms and conditions for use of Nordea Corporate.
- Log in using your newly created password.
When logging in for the first time, follow the on‑screen instructions to register a mobile phone number.
The phone number is used only to send a verification code when you log in, as part of Nordea Corporate’s security measures.
For future logins, select Username/Email as the login method (unless you have enabled Nordea ID, in which case select Nordea ID).
If you have issues logging in
If you have been notified that a user account has been created for you, but:
- You have not received the “Verify your Nordea Corporate account today” email,
- You are unable to create a password, or
- You have forgotten your password,
- Go to Nordea Corporate.
- Reset your password by following the instructions in this guide.
2. Fill out the KYC requests(s)
KYC requests can have the following statuses:
| Assigned to me: The request is assigned to you. Fill out the request, attach the required documentation, and send the request to Nordea. | |
| Nordea processing: The request is currently being processed by Nordea. No action is required from you at this stage. If additional information is needed, the request may be reassigned to you. | |
| Completed: The request is completed. No further action is required. |
- In the KYC request overview, open the request by clicking the relevant row.

Fill out the request.
- You are only asked to provide information that is relevant to your case.
- Additional questions may appear depending on your answers.
- Complete all required fields and follow the order of the sections shown in the left‑hand menu
- In the Additional / Required documentation section, attach copies of the requested documents by clicking Select file(s).

Your changes are saved automatically within seconds. You can leave the request and return later to continue.
If required information is missing, a red warning message appears at the top of the request.
