Nordea is committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal information secure.
What does “Personal data” mean?
Fields labelled “Personal data” in the KYC request contain sensitive information and are therefore protected by additional security measures.
Only the person who enters the information and Nordea can see the actual content. For all other users in your organization, these fields are hidden to protect the data.
How access to personal data is managed
For each KYC request, only one person at a time can enter and view personal data fields.
If another person in your organization needs to take over, they can do so by clearing the existing content in these fields. The person taking over will not be able to view any previously entered personal data.
This approach ensures that sensitive information stays protected, while still allowing your team to collaborate smoothly on the KYC process.
