Download a KYC request as a PDF

You can download a KYC request as a PDF after it has been submitted to Nordea. The steps depend on the request status.

If the request status is Assigned to me or Nordea processing

1. Open the KYC request.
2. Select Download as PDF.

If the request status is Completed

1. Open the completed KYC request.
2. In the Attached files section, select the PDF file with the same name as the entity.

Note: Once a request has been completed, the PDF version is available as an attachment and can be downloaded from the Attached files section of the request.
