If you have a question or need to share additional information about a Cash Management request, you can send a message directly to Nordea from within the request.
Your message and any attached documents will be linked to the request, ensuring that all communication is gathered in one place.
1. Open the requests and click the message icon . The message box will appear:
2. Enter your question or comment
3. Upload supporting documents (optional)
4. Click Send
That’s it, Nordea will respond as soon as possible.
Where to find your messages
You can view your message and Nordea’s reply in the request details:
- Open the request and click View details, or
- Go to the Cash Management overview, click the three dots next to the request, and select View details
