This tutorial describes how to start using Cash Management requests on Nordea Corporate. The two main steps are:
- Log in to Nordea Corporate and access the Cash Management requests
- Fill out a Cash Management request and submit it to Nordea for processing
1. Log in to Nordea Corporate and access the Cash Management requests
To access a Cash Management request, you must first log in to Nordea Corporate. You can either log in directly to Nordea Corporate or log in via Corporate Netbank.
Log in directly to Nordea Corporate
- Go to Nordea Corporate
- Select ‘Log in’ in the top right corner to open the log in menu
- Choose either Nordea ID or BankID as log in method
- Log in by following the on-screen instructions

Log in via Corporate Netbank
- Go to Corporate Netbank
- Select ‘Log in’ in the top right corner to open the log in menu
- Under Corporate Customers select ‘Corporate Netbank’
- Choose Nordea ID as log in method
- Log in by following the on-screen instructions
- On the Corporate Netbank main page, you will find the Nordea Corporate Cash Management requests under ‘Other services’. You will automatically be redirected to the Nordea Corporate Cash Management requests when you click on the link
2. Fill out a Cash Management request and submit it to Nordea for processing
- In the top right corner above the Cash Management overview, open a new request by clicking the button
- Choose the company that you are requesting a product or service for in the dropdown menu
- Select the request type in the dropdown menu
- Fill in the request
- Click the ‘save’ icon in the top right corner, if you would like to save the request as a draft and come back and submit it later
- When you have filled in the request with the required information and are ready to submit, click the button at the bottom of the request
- Depending on the confirmation rules of your company, you will be asked which confirmers from your company should be notified that there is a new request they need to confirm
- Your Cash Management request has now been submitted for processing
Cash Management requests statuses
Draft: The request has been saved as a draft and can be updated, deleted or submitted at a later time |

Nordea processing: The request has been sent to Nordea and is currently being processed. If additional information is needed, Nordea will send a message via the Cash Management request |

Returned to customer: If additional information is required, the request is returned to the customer. Processing of the request will resume once all information has been received in Nordea |

Waiting for my confirmation: The request is pending confirmation by the current user before it can be processed by Nordea |

Waiting for internal confirmation: The request is pending confirmation by another confirmer in the company before it can be processed by Nordea |
|
Customer signature needed: The request is pending signature by the appointed signatories. This is required for certain type of requests, e.g. ‘Open account’ |

Rejected: The request has been rejected by a confirmer in the company. The request is not submitted for processing in Nordea |
|
Completed: The request is completed, with no further action expected |
