Depending on the confirmation rules of your company, you might need one or more colleagues from your company to confirm the Cash Management request before it is submitted to Nordea. A message box appears on the screen before submitting the request.
You can write a business justification or other message for the requested product or service to the confirmer.
The information written in the message box is for the your company’s own internal communication and Nordea is not reviewing the information, nor considering it when processing the Cash Management request.
If there is more than one confirmer, you can choose who should confirm in the drop-down menu.
An email will be sent to the confirmer(s) after the request is submitted, with a link that will direct the confirmer to the request they should confirm.
The confirmer can either confirm or reject the Cash Management request. If the request is rejected, the reason for the rejection can be specified. The user who submitted the request will be able to make changes to it and then submit it again.
The Cash Management request will be processed by Nordea after it has been confirmed by all the necessary confirmers.
