Access to Cash Management requests is managed by your company's administrator in Corporate Netbank Administration.
Administrators can grant, update or remove access rights for individual users. Access rights are assigned separately for each user and determine which types of Cash Management requests the user can view, create and submit.
The available request types are grouped into the following areas:
- Cash Management Services
- Payment investigations
- Accounts & Channels
The table below shows which request types are included in each area and in which countries they are available.

Access can be granted to one or more access rights categories, depending on which request types a user should be able to access. When access is granted to a category, the user can access all request types within that category.
Setting up access to Cash Management requests is a two-step process. First, access is granted through the Services overview in Corporate Netbank Administration. Once the access rights have been saved, a Cash Management tab becomes available in the top menu, where the user's access rights and approval settings are configured.
For each access rights category, you must specify:
- Whether the user should have viewing rights or key-in rights
- Whether the user can submit requests directly or whether approval from one or more colleagues is required
Access rights and approval settings must be configured separately for each category.
