Follow the instructions below on how to get started with MitID as an Administrator:
1. Ensure you have MitID app installed on your mobile device or you have some other MitID-enabled device available (for instance, code reader or code display). You will need a Danish social security number (CPR) to use MitID for logging in to Nordea Corporate.
2. Log on to Nordea Corporate in the same way a normal user would do via Nordea Corporate.
3. As an administrator Nordea has enabled MitID for you when you were onboarded on your customer agreement, and you are now able to add authentication methods to the users that you are allowed to manage. Presently you can add MitID method for your users on Administration on Nordea Corporate, but other methods, including Nordea ID App, needs to be added on Corporate Netbank Administration. Please note that Nordea ID App is still necessary for all Corporate Netbank/Nordea Corporate users.
4. Once logged on with MitID you are landed on Nordea Corporate dashboard. From the dashboard you can navigate to Corporate Netbank Administration from Other Services (dotted square at top right corner) or from various "Go to Corporate Netbank Administration" links in the Administration section.
5. Use one of the links to navigate to Corporate Netbank Administration. If you first select a user and then use the link you will be straight away directed to the same user's details on Corporate Netbank Administration.
6. Go to Authentication tab and select "Manage" and order Nordea ID App credentials for your user.
7. Confirmation is required when adding an authentication method to a user. This will depend on your setting, either you are able to "Confirm alone" or "Two admins together".
8. When logged in with MitID you are able to navigate between Corporate Netbank Administration and Administration on Nordea Corporate depending on your needs. MitID can also be used on Nordea Corporate to confirm (sign) payments, but Nordea ID App is still needed for accessing and confirming (signing) payments on Corporate Netbank. Pleas note that most permissions are presently still managed in Corporate Netbank Administration, but in the future all user permission management will be transferred to Administration on Nordea Corporate.
