- Navigate to Admin on side bar menu and
- Select the user and open in Edit user mode.
- Go to Services
- Select the Document Archive checkbox.
- Click Next.
- On the “User access to Document Archive” page, click + Add permissions to multiple companies.
- From the Companies dropdown, select the checkboxes for all companies where the user should have the same Document Archive permissions.
- Then you can add permissions for Statement and reports category on this page.
- If the Toggle - in front of Statements and reports Category is OFF, the user will not receive any document permissions for this category.
- Switch the Toggle ON to grant access to Statements and reports category.
- When enabled, “Account-specific documents” is automatically selected.
- This allows the user to view documents of the selected companies from the dropdown, based on their account rights in Corporate Netbank Administration.

Click Save permissions to save the selected option.
- Click Confirm changes or Next.
Note:
- Confirm changes is shown only when you are editing permissions for a service that was previously granted.

Next button is shown, if you are adding Document Archive as a new service
14. Review and Save:
- On the Review screen of the Edit User form, review the changes.
- click Save to grant the selected document permissions to the user.
The new Document Archive permission are granted immediately after you click Save.
