To manage users and services in Administration on Nordea Corporate, you must have administrator rights.
Follow these steps to grant Document Archive access to a user in Nordea Corporate:
- Log in to Nordea Corporate and go to Admin from side bar menu
- Document Archive permissions can be assigned when creating a new user or editing an existing one:
- Create user, or
- Edit user → Services
- To grant Document Archive access to an existing user, on the User administration page, find the user and select Edit user.
- In the lefthand menu, select Services.
- In the list of available services, select the Document Archive checkbox, then click Next to continue to “User access to Document Archive” page.
- Grant Document Archive access for one or multiple companies to allow user to view documents of those companies:
- To assign permissions to multiple companies at once,
- Click + Add permissions to multiple companies
- Use this option if the user should have the same permissions across multiple companies.
- Alternatively, you can manage permissions per company individually:
- Select Edit next to a company to modify Document Archive permissions by document category.
- Select Remove next to a company to remove Document Archive permission for the company.
- Select Add permissions next to a company to assign Document Archive access if it has not yet been assigned.
- To assign permissions to multiple companies at once,
