Users experience error when creating Norwegian payments with or without advice. To avoid system failure at the payment creation stage, please fill in "message to beneficiary" field if beneficiary is not selected from Beneficiary register drop-down. Also the payments could be found when searched in Payment Search tab and could be confirmed.
