User status in Administration on Nordea Corporate shows the current state of a user and determines whether the user can log in to and use Nordea Corporate and Corporate Netbank. It also helps Administrators understand which actions, if any, are required for the user to access the services as intended. A user’s status can be complete, incomplete, confirmation needed or blocked. The status must be complete for the user to have access to all assigned functionalities in Corporate Netbank and Nordea Corporate.
Complete
All user data is correctly set up and confirmation is done. User is able to log in and use the Nordea Corporate and Corporate Netbank.
Incomplete
There are still actions that need to be performed on user by Administrator, e.g.
- not all mandatory user information is filled in
- authentication method is not enabled
- other actions that require Administrator attention, for example ID document verification for users who have access to Norwegian (NO) accounts.
Confirmation needed
Confirm the changes that are made on the user when:
- adding user to a profile
- activating authentication method
- assigning permissions
- other changes that require confirmation
Confirmations that are pending in administration system you are logged in currently.
Blocked
User is prevented from login in and performing any actions on the Nordea Corporate and Corporate Netbank until the status is changed by Administrator.
