You can download the following types of payment reports: debit advice, payments feedback and response of investigation. They can be downloaded in XML ISO 20022 file format by following these steps:
- Go to Documents > File reports > File payment reports.
- Select one or more files from the list of reports. You can only download one file type at a time.
- Toggle the 'Download using Secure Envelope' switch on if you want the files to be wrapped in Secure Envelope when downloading.
- Press the 'Download' button in the toolbar to download the file(s).
