To find payment files that you can confirm, go to Payments > File payments > Files > My unconfirmed files. You will now see all Corporate Access payment files pending your confirmation.
This view is specific to you and only shows payment files that you can personally confirm. Once you have confirmed all payments in a payment file, you will no longer see this file in 'My unconfirmed files'. The file may still appear on this tab for other users if they also need to confirm the payments but have not yet done so.
If the 'My unconfirmed files' tab is empty, you do not have any pending file payments that you can confirm.
The list of payment files includes the upload date, file reference, signer ID, number of payments, number of rejected payments (if any), payment confirmation status, as well as the total payment amount (one sum without currency conversion).
