You can choose whether the document list displays only new documents or all documents by using the Show only new documents toggle.
Show only new documents:
- Locate the Show only new documents toggle above the document list.
- Turn the toggle ON.
- The document list is updated to display only documents with status New, based on the selected company, reference account, category, and date period.
Show all documents:
- Turn the Show only new documents toggle OFF.
- The document list displays all documents, including both New and Read, based on the selected company, reference account, category, and date period.
