You can update the status of your documents to Read or New using the following steps:
To mark documents as Read:
- In the document list, select one or more documents with the status New using the checkbox in the leftmost column.
- Once at least one document is selected, the Mark as read button becomes available in the action bar above the document list.
- Click Mark as read.
- The status of the selected documents changes from New to Read.
To mark documents as New:
- In the document list, select one or more documents with the status Read using the checkbox in the leftmost column.
- Once at least one document is selected, the Mark as new button becomes available in the action bar above the document list.
- Click Mark as new.
- The status of the selected documents changes from Read to New.
Mix selection of documents:
If the selected documents include both New and Read statuses, both the Mark as new and Mark as read buttons are displayed in the action bar above the document list.
- Select one or more documents with different statuses (New and Read) using the checkboxes.
- In the action bar, choose one of the following actions:
- Mark as read
Documents with status New are changed to Read. - Mark as new
Documents with status Read are changed to New.
- Mark as read
- Documents that already have the selected status remain unchanged.
