We want to remind you about upcoming changes to some payment services and file formats in Denmark, Finland and Sweden.
If you use any of the services or formats listed below, you have to change your payment solution before the relevant deadline to make sure your payments continue to be processed.
The changes are made due to regulatory requirements and market standardisations and offer a great opportunity for you to upgrade to more modern and future friendly services.
What is changing and when
Denmark

15 November 2026
➤ EDI4/UTF in Corporate Netbank will no longer support cross-border and SEPA payments -
Q1 2027
➤ EDI4/UTF in Corporate Netbank will no longer support domestic payments and the file formats will be fully discontinued
Finland
-
31 December 2026
➤ Corporate Payment Services (CPS) manual payment file upload will be discontinued in Nordea Business and Corporate Netbank
Sweden
-
30 June 2026
➤ Corporate File Payments (CFP) in Corporate Netbank will be discontinued -
30 September 2026
➤ File Import in Nordea Business (PO3, BG Lon, ISO20022XML) will be discontinued
What this means for you
If you use any of these services or file formats, you need to move to a supported solution before the relevant deadline.
If you do not make the change in time, this could lead to:
- Payments not being processed
- Increased manual handling and operational risk

We recommend that you:
- Check if you use any of the affected services or file formats
- Choose a replacement solution
- Contact your IT or ERP provider as early as possible
- Contact Nordea if you need help planning the change

You may need time for system changes, implementation and testing.
We recommend starting as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary pressure close to the deadline.
