Some trades require confirmation after they have been booked. These trades are marked with the status Confirm required.
To confirm a trade, you do not need to print, sign, or scan the document - you can confirm it directly on Nordea Corporate.
To access documents requiring confirmation:
- Go to Documents > Trade documents
- If you have documents requiring confirmation, a message will show the number of documents
- Select Open documents
To confirm a trade:
- Review the trade document carefully
- If any details are incorrect, contact Nordea promptly
- If the details are correct, select Confirm
- Tick the checkbox to confirm the content, then select Confirm again
If you have multiple documents to confirm:
- Use the navigation arrows to move to the next document
- Repeat the confirmation steps for each document
