Your profile settings allow you to manage your personal information, preferences and notifications for Trading and Markets on Nordea Corporate.
To access your profile settings, sign in to Nordea Corporate and select [Your name] > Profile > Settings.
What can I manage in my profile settings?
Depending on the services available to you, you can manage the following settings:
Profile
- Personal details, including name and job title
- Preferred language
- Contact information
To change your email address or phone number, contact us.
Research
- Preferred research language
- Followed analysts
- Followed research series
- Followed keywords
Calendar
- Countries to follow
- Categories to follow, such as holidays and economic indicators
Document notifications
Choose how you would like to receive notifications about trade documents:
- Notification when a new trade document becomes available
- Daily summary of new trade documents
- Notification when forwards are approaching settlement
You can update your notification preferences in the notification settings. You will only receive notifications for documents you have permission to access.
How do I change my password?
- Open [Your name] > Profile > Settings
- Select Change password
- Enter your new password and follow the password requirements
- Select Change password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps.
How do I change my language preferences?
- Open elect [Your name] > Profile > Settings
- Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu
- The language is updated automatically
