From 17 of March 2026, Nordea Corporate is rolling out two improvements for business clients across all markets: a new Digital Document Archive and Administration on Nordea Corporate.
Document Archive-what you can do
The new Document Archive on Nordea Corporate enables you to view and manage company documents from Statements and Reports category digitally.
Key features and benefits of the Document Archive:
- Manage documents for multiple companies simultaneously
- Filter quickly by company, time period and other criteria
- Use text search to locate specific documents efficiently.
You can access the Document Archive directly through Nordea Corporate or via the Archive link in Corporate Netbank. You will continue to receive documents by post if that was your previous preference.
Important note for Swedish users
Swedish users can already access Account statements and Reports in Document Archive on Nordea Corporate. No actions are required to continue seeing documents digitally, if users already have access to it. For all new users, permissions to Document Archive need to be set through Administration on Nordea Corporate. From 14 March*, Swedish administrators will no longer be able to grant access to the existing Archive service at the user level through Corporate Netbank Administration.
Document Archive permissions
Company administrators can grant Document Archive permissions through the new Administration on Nordea Corporate:
- Click on ‘user name’
- Select ‘Administration’
- Edit the user to add the Document Archive service with relevant company and category permissions.
Transition from Corporate Netbank Administration (CNA)
We are gradually transitioning functions from CNA to Administration on Nordea Corporate. During this period, you can create, edit and delete users in both applications. User personal data will synchronise between the two systems. However, new features such as Document Archive or other services will be managed exclusively in Administration on Nordea Corporate. All other existing services will continue to be managed in CNA.

- Clear visibility of pending actions
- Updated user reports available in Excel format.
*Between 14-17 March, Archive (e.g. Account Statements/eRedovisning) service on Corporate Netbank Administration will be migrated to Document Archive service in Administration on Nordea Corporate.
