We are enhancing the user experience in Corporate Netbank Administration by simplifying the names of user status labels. The change will be effective from 19 February 2026. The new terminology makes it easier to understand when action is needed, helping you prioritize tasks quickly and keep daily operations running smoothly—without changing your current processes.
The updated labels provide a clearer view of each user’s status and their ability to log in and use Corporate Netbank. They also help you understand if any steps are required to ensure users can access services as expected.
What this improvement means for you:
- Clearer user statuses – instantly understand a user’s current state.
- Faster prioritization – easily see when action is required.
- Better oversight – easily identify why a user may not be able to log in or fully use the services.
Important:
These changes do not create any additional tasks for administrators. Everything continues to work as before—now with clearer guidance.
