Guarantee and request overview

Requests

In this tab, you can see all guarantee or amendment requests handled through Nordea Corporate with their current status. The statuses available are:

1. Await co-signer: The request needs additional approval(s) before its sent to Nordea for processing.
2. Rejected: The guarantee request has been rejected by the company co-signer, and can be updated and resubmitted, or deleted.
3. Reviewing: The guarantee request is currently under review by Nordea.
4. In delivery: The guarantee or amendment is in being prepared by Nordea.
5. Completed: The guarantee or amendment has been issued by Nordea, and the process is considered completed.
6. Cancelled: The guarantee request has been cancelled by Nordea and is considered closed by Nordea.

Guarantees

You can see all your open (and closed) guarantees. By selecting the three dots next to a guarantee, you can request an amendment or see more details.

Require actions

You will see any item that is pending your action and have not been forwarded to Nordea for processing. The statuses in this view are:

1. Draft: The guarantee request has been saved as a draft but needs to be completed and submitted.
2. To confirm: The request is pending your approval before its sent to Nordea for processing.
