If you are not seeing all expected account reports on Nordea Corporate, your company administrator may need to update your permissions. You can see who your company administrator is in the page footer when you are logged in to Corporate Netbank.
Information for company administrators
To ensure that a user can view the same Corporate Access Account Reports on Nordea Corporate as in Corporate Netbank, you may need to update their permissions.
In Corporate Netbank Administration, follow these steps to update the user's permissions:
- Find the user in User search. (If the user is granted permissions via a user profile, instead find the relevant user profile in User profile.)
- Go to Corporate Access File Transfer.
- Go to the Corporate Access Account Reporting tab.
- For each file type that the user is missing on Nordea Corporate, press Manage.
- Tick the checkbox for all Service IDs for which the user should have access to the file type.
- Save the changes.
If no service ID checkboxes in the list are ticked:
- Corporate Netbank interprets this as "access to all Service IDs in the list", whereas
- Nordea Corporate interprets it as "no access to any Service IDs in the list".
If all Service ID checkboxes or a subset of checkboxes are ticked, the same set of reports is shown in Corporate Netbank and Nordea Corporate.
