You can add a new BS agreement if you have “Key in” rights to the account the agreement should be added to.
Select the company in the dropdown menu and hereafter press the blue “Add Agreement” in the upper right corner.
Fill in the required information and press “Add”
The following steps depends on your permission rights in Corporate Netbank. If you are in doubt what permissions you have to the account you can reach out to your Corporate Netbank administrator.
“Key In” permission
If you have “Key In” permission rights the BS agreement created by you will be send for approval. It will not be added before its final approved.
You will be able to follow the status of the agreement approval process under the “Agreement confirmations” tap. Once the agreement has been approved it will be visible under the “Agreements” tap.
Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours from the agreement has been approved to it’s visible under the “Agreements” tap.
“Confirm Alone” permission
If you have “Confirm alone” permission rights your new BS agreement will automatically be confirmed and you’ll be redirected to the “Agreement confirmations” tap.
Under the “Agreement confirmations” tap “My pending agreements” is set to default, and you’ll only see agreements awaiting your approval. If you turn it off you’ll also see agreements that has been approved.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before you can see the new agreement under the “Agreements” tap.
“Confirm Two Groups Together”
If you have “confirm two groups together” permission rights the agreement will automatically be approved on your behalf when pressing “Add”, and hereafter send for approval to the second approver group.
You’ll be redirect back to the “Agreement confirmations” tap where you can follow the status of your agreement. As long as the agreement is awaiting final confirmation from the second approver group the status will be “Awaiting final confirmation”. Once it has been final approved status changes to “confirmed”.
View permission
If you have view rights to an account, you’ll be able to view upcoming Betalingsservice payments and existing agreements connected to the account. You’ll not be able to create new agreements nor confirm any new BS agreements on behalf of others.
