The Corporate Netbank user that you have logged in with on Nordea Corporate is linked to another user that also have access to some services on Nordea Corporate. This user has been disabled, and as a result you will not see the services that this user has access to.
The most common reason that users get disabled is due to inactivity, but in some cases in can also be because someone from your company has asked for your user to be disabled.
To get the user reenabled, please contact help.corporate@nordea.com and include the logon id of the user that you have used to login.
