The fields in the KYC request form that are labelled "Personal data" typically contain personal data that are especially sensitive. Therefore, the content of those fields can only be viewed by the person who entered the information and Nordea. For other users, the fields are masked.
For each KYC request, there can at a single point in time only be one user who can enter and view information in "Personal data" fields. Other users in your organisation with access to the request can adopt the role as owner of the "Personal data" fields in the form by clearing the content of the fields.
