You can use payment templates to make multiple similar payments more efficiently.
There are two ways to make a payment using a previously saved payment template:
- From a selected template on the Manual payments -> Templates page
- From the payment form on the Manual payments -> Payments -> Create payment page
Use a template from the Manage Templates page
Follow these steps to make a payment using a previously saved template from the Manual payments -> Templates page:
- Go to Payments, select Manual payments -> Templates page :
- On the Templates page, select the template that you want to use to make a payment.
- Press Use in payment. The Create payment page will open with details from the template prefilled in the payment form.
- Edit the payment form as needed and fill in any remaining information.
- Choose Create to proceed with making the payment.
Use a template from the Create payment page
Follow these steps to make a payment using a previously saved template from the Create payment page:
- Go to Payments, select Manual payments -> Payments and then select Create new payment or Create intercompany transfer.
- In the Quick actions panel, select Use template.
- In the Select a template modal, select a template in the list. To find a template more easily, you can filter the list by using the search field above the list.
- Edit the payment form as needed and fill in any remaining information.
- Choose Create to proceed with making the payment.
