Help with Nordea ID device

Nordea ID Device is a hardware solution for logging in to Corporate Netbank or Nordea Corporate – use the device to log on, confirm and verify payments.

Log in steps

1. Go to the login page of the Netbank and select the option “Nordea ID device”.
2. Enter your personal identity number and press OK. A QR code will appear in the Netbank.
3. Press the SCAN button on the device and scan the QR code by pointing the device camera at it.
4. Check that the text in the device matches what you want to do. Press OK.
5. Enter your PIN and press OK.
6. The device generates a 9-digit response code. Enter it in the response code field in the Netbank.

Currently Nordea ID device does not support directly logging in through Nordea Corporate/Corporate Netbank (Single Sign On) to Corporate File Payments and Girolink.
