Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Citrix software.
If you receive "SSL Error 61" or "Protocol Driver error 2064.1030" when connecting, then please perform the following steps:
- Go to the SSL.com certificate repository: https://www.ssl.com/repository/
- Find the Entrust section, press “Click to view”, and then find the “Entrust OV TLS Issuing RSA CA 1" certificate and press the “Download DER format” link
- Double click the certificate file downloaded in the previous step (“Entrust-OVTLS-I-R1.der” or “Entrust-OVTLS-I-R1.cer”) and follow the on screen instructions to install the certificate
- If you are unable to install the certificate yourself, then please request the assistance of your IT support function
- Try to connect to Analytics again (a restart may be required for the changes to take effect)
