If you have any questions or comments to a Cash Management request, you can use the message box to send a message to Nordea. The message and any documents included, will be connected to the specific Cash Management request so that all related information can be found in one place.
1. Click the message icon . The message box will appear:
2. Write your question and/or comments
3. Upload any necessary documents
4. Click Send
That’s it, Nordea will respond as soon as possible. If you would like to see the message you have sent to Nordea, you can find it by clicking View details in the request or by clicking the three dots to the right of the request in the Cash Management overview and choosing View details.
